Mantra Hacking

Money Tapping Tutorial:

Part One
Part Two

Basic tapping script while tapping on these points: “Even though [x], I fully love, forgive, and accept myself.”

It’s time to expand exponentially. Mantras and intentions are a powerful way to support your expansion.

Mantras (or new beliefs, or rewriting the tape recorder of your brain to help instead of hinder you) are a time-honored way of expanding your experience (of money and everything else), touted by many people who are a lot richer than I am. :)

I turned up my little elf nose at mantras for a long time, until I learned how to make them work for me - not to magically change my life, but to create a better and easier daily experience for myself. Mantras and affirmations can certainly change things quickly but, better yet, they can set you up for a day that feels really good. And days that feel good build a rich and satisfying life.

Here's what tangled me up in the past: If we say something our brain can't believe, mantras work against us.

Pro tip: You know a mantra is working against you when it doesn't feel good.

The solution to those wily mantra blues is to play with your mantra until it feels really good - in your mind, body, and feels.

I'm going to share what I do, in hopes that it will work for you or prompt you toward whatever is perfect for you now.

Hack Your Mantras So They Feel Great:

Saying “I am a millionaire!” may not work if you don't feel the frequency of that.

But saying “I am ready to be ready to be a millionaire” may feel better. (Abraham Hicks)

or

What if  I could easily become a millionaire?” (Melanie Ann Layer)

or

I love being a millionaire.” (Amber Adrian :)

My current favorite mantras begin with "I love."

I love works beautifully for me because YES I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY LOVE BEING A MILLIONAIRE, PLEASE AND THANK YOU. Here are some other examples. See how they feel.

I love participating in my evolution and expansion with money.

I love loving money.

I love receiving money, I love spending money, I love saving money.

I love paying my bills. I love paying taxes. I love paying off debt. I love building wealth. I love playing with investments.

I love watching my money grow.

I love moving my money around.

I love buying things I love.

I love tipping really, really well.

I love paying people.

I love being paid by people.

I love making sales every single day.

I love relaxing about money.

I love feeling easy about money.

I love trusting that everything is unfolding perfectly.

I love being in the frequency of wealth.

I love trusting the timing.

Personally, “I love” trumps “I am” because I can love something even when it’s not here. :)

Our beliefs are echoing around in our brains all day long, often on autoplay. Our brain is a tape recorder more than a problem solver. So actively instilling new beliefs, catching ourselves when we fall back into old patterns, and gently redirecting the brain to a more positive pathway can do wonders for our mood, energy, and bank account.

Here are some other new money beliefs you may want to instill into the tape recorder of your brain:

The more joy I feel, the more money I have.

The more fun I have, the more money I make.

I make sales every single day.

Money loves to expand.

Money loves to move.

The more I spend, the more I have.

I am a wealthy human.

I grow healthier and wealthier every single day.

Ways to anchor these new beliefs

Program your new money beliefs/mantras to pop up on your phone throughout the day.

I learned this trick from Amanda Frances and, full disclosure, I did it for a while and then it got annoying. But it really helped in the early days of my scarcity monkey mind. Before I could catch myself, the phone reminders were gold.

Be in the feelings of what you want.

Feel it as if it's already happened, feel the joy of being in that experience now. Really let your imagination run wild and delight in the feelings of it. This practice is the most powerful of anything I mention here, so if you try nothing else, try this one. Doing this everyday can change your life exponentially.

Write out whatever you're calling in 33 times for 3 days.

This rewires the subconscious. (Writing something that isn't true yet as a way to anchor Future Me into Current Me's reality doesn't have the same incongruence for me, so this one works well for me.)

Some examples (of course, insert your own numbers and desires):

“I receive $5000 a month on autopilot.” x 33

“I make $10,000 a month with joy and ease.” x 33

“$50,000 months are the norm.” x 33

“I have a million dollars in the bank.” x 33

Tap on your mantras.

If you aren't familiar with tapping or EFT, youtube has a wealth of information. Tapping is a powerful tool, and one I use regularly, especially when I'm struggling. Tapping settles the nervous system and helps us recode beliefs and jerk thoughts into something that serves us.

- Write a list of money beliefs that feel really good and tap on it every morning.

- Keep track of the money gremlins and tap them out as needed.

Chant.

For a long time, chanting felt even weirder than mantras. But now I do it in the shower, and it feels GREAT.

My favorite money chants are: “Om tare tuttare ture soha” (this is the green tara mantra that helps you release fear) and “Wealth”.

Yes, I will just say or sing “wealth” over and over and over again until my frequency shifts and I feel better. :)

Really, you can chant anything that feels good to you. :)

I say or sing them over and over and often find myself in a circular rhythm that feels so good.

Your voice is incredibly powerful. It's a major aspect of your magic. Chanting can raise your frequency quickly and exponentially.

As you move through Money Tree, listening to the healings, playing with the concepts, notice what thoughts about money crop up, where scarcity hijacks your brain.

Tap through them.

Listen to one of the healings.

Calm your nervous system.

If you go into a swirl or downward spiral around money, stop thinking about money. Distract yourself, do something fun. Allow your energy to return to quiet, to neutral, by meditating or doing something enjoyable or cleaning the house or watching a movie that makes you happy. That automatically allows things - including money - to begin flowing to you again.

If you're in a place where using these tools doesn't feel good, don't do them. Use your emotional guidance system to determine what's right for you in this moment. (We'll be playing more with our emotional guidance system in a later chapter.)

Basically, our aim here is to train our mind into thoughts of wealth. Our thoughts have a powerful effect on our feelings and emotions. When our brain is focused on wealth and abundance, and that frequency feels good in our bodies and our emotions - that's when wealth is zooming toward us.

We are practicing the frequency of wealth. We are embodying the frequency of wealth.

Getting the brain on board is essential. Find a consistent practice that feels good to you. Use any of these tools that call to you - or that sound terrible. Sometimes the thing we resist most is the thing that will be most transformative.

P.S. The frequency of joy is very similar to the frequency of wealth. So if money is feeling ugh, go for joy. If joy is feeling meh, go for money. Play with it. :)

Do what feels good to you. Do what feels fun.

Lots of love and trucks full of cash, xo - Amber
