Day 2: Let Your Feelings Crack You Open
Welcome to Day 2!
Hello, my pretty peanuts!
Today is the day we get to throw a tantrum.
But this tantrum has a goal: To let yourself be cracked open by any emotion that's hiding in your body.
So cry. Shriek in the car. Pound your fists on the floor like a three-year-old. It's cleansing and cathartic and so very powerful.
Today's assignment: Next time you want to cry or beat the mattress with your fists ... do it.
